Gone Nutty

I asked Jeff if he would get some nuts for us to put up in the freezer because they are so expensive to buy. We have 5 black walnut trees on our property. So the next thing I know He has gone completely nuts. Not only is he gathering our nuts the neighbor said he could have theirs too. And when he goes for a walk he takes a plastic grocery bag with him and fills it up with you guessed it more nuts. We have black walnuts, pecans, hazel nuts and some other nut across between a hickory nut and pecan. Well, he has to husk them all clean them and crack them a lot of work. Well he was talking to a guy in town the other day that new someone who was wanting to give away a nut cleaning, cracking gizmo thing. So Jeff went today and got it free of charge. Puts the nuts in and it takes the hulls off and another part will crack them. His work just got easier. He is going to sell them and already has people that want to buy them. He is going to give the money to the church school and part for power to run it from our house. It's his baby all his :)
